Our business coaching philosophy - a powerful and compelling combination of transformation (cultural change) and business best practices - is delivered to our clients through a variety of training vehicles. The key to a successful business coaching experience lies in our ability to help you align your commitments with your goals and transfer that understanding throughout (and beyond) your company.
When looking to enhance their ability to perform, even the most elite and talented athletes need a coach: someone who will help them analyze their performance, set ambitious and realistic goals, and give direction to achieve these goals. Business is no different. Having a coach or mentor to talk to, brainstorm with, and bounce ideas off, gives you the feedback and assistance you need in making important business decisions.
We are here to help you organize and leverage your greatest assets - your personal vision, and your staff. Our proven methods empower you to make the changes you seek, commit to your vision of a better tomorrow, and act on that vision. If you want to take your business to the international level, our executive coaching is for you.
Our seasoned business coaches are not going to tell you how to run your business. They work with individuals, teams and businesses to figure out where they are today, where they'd like to go, and how they can get there. Unlike a training course or workshop where a group of people will learn the same set of materials, coaching is very much specific to the individual, team, or company. As business coaches, we make suggestions that will help you improve your business, now and in the long term.
We start with an initial consultation to establish your goals, and to fit the coach who can best support you. Coaching assignments last for at least three months, with a weekly or bi-weekly contact. This work is in-person, or over the phone, or a combination of the two.
We offer new approaches and new solutions, to open doors, inspire growth, and implement change through our time-tested Executive coaching techniques.
